Description

Our favorite salad mix, a glorious mix of diverse greens and herbs is inspired by the salads of Southern France! Season extension makes all the difference! In September 2015 we sowed Salad in Provence in our high tunnel, enjoying her all fall and her re-growth was vigorous enough that we shared our fourth harvest on New Year’s Eve. High tunnels aside, even under hoops and floating row cover we’re easily savoring two cuttings of Salad in Provence well into December when sown in September, as well.
