Organic Thyme A garden without thyme we simply can’t imagine. Flavorful, resilient and beautiful, thyme is a low-growing perennial perfect for containers and alongside garden beds. Its petite and aromatic leaves are delicious fresh all summer as well as dried to enjoy all winter long.
Thyme has long been used medicinally for its antiseptic, antibiotic and antifungal properties, as well. (When we are beginning to feel under the weather we'll steep a very, very strong thyme tea with birch polypore mushrooms, ginger, lemon and honey.)
