Organic Pink Plume Celery

$3.79$12.00

90 day to harvest | Apium graveolens

When our friend Christina introduced us to Organic Pink Plume Celery, we lost our minds a little: First, she’s just so beautiful! Second, great celery is not easy to grow here in the Northeast. Pink Plume, rather than focusing on large stem growth, shares an abundance of delectable slender stems with vivid pink to burgundy blush, absolutely beautiful. Her flavor is celery with notes of sweet anise, which we just adore. In salads, soups and tossed with roasted vegetables, Pink Plume is so versatile as well as so much easier to grow than classic celery. We can’t wait for you to bring her to your kitchen, too!
