Organic New York Early Onion
Transplant Only: Early March, broadcast in flats ¼” apart ¼” deep. Water evenly & clip tops once 5” tall (enjoy like chives). Transplant mid-spring 4-6” apart. Mulch reduces weed & watering pressure. Harvest as tops soften & fall over; cure in dry place with fans 2 weeks in direct/indirect sun. Store close to freezing as possible with 70% humidity.
