Perennial 75-80 days to harvest Agastache foeniculum

HEIRLOOM Deliciously fragrant, hardy & abundant, Anise Hyssop attracts beneficial pollinators like few other flowers we've ever witnessed. Anise hyssop is medicinal as well as perennial, 2-4′ feet high depending on light and fertility. Hyssop thrives in gardens, raised beds and containers in both full and partial sun, though the more sun she basks in, the more she blossoms. We enjoy her leaves in tea and cough syrup, savoring her seeds in shortbread.

Description

HEIRLOOM Deliciously fragrant, hardy & abundant, Anise Hyssop attracts beneficial pollinators like few other flowers we’ve ever witnessed.

At Fruition, we sow Anise Hyssop indoors in soil blocks four weeks before final frost, transplanting out after final frost. We’re endlessly thankful for Sean Dembrosky of Edible Acres in Trumansburg, NY who shared this seed with us in 2012.
