Glorious dahlia-like double blooms with extravagantly layered petals and strong, long stems perfect for cutting. Robust 2 to 3 foot plants are covered in captivating 4 to 6 inch blossoms that hold 3 weeks in bouquets before beginning to fade. Butterflies and hummingbirds will love to frequent your Salmon Rose zinnias alongside you.
Transplant (recommended): Sow indoors 4 weeks before last frost, keeping soil surface moist until emergence. At Fruition we sow in soil blocks, and a heat mat will help maintain an accurate temperature. When seedlings have true leaves, transplant into larger containers (avoid plants becoming root bound).

I purchased these seeds from Fruition at the Philadelphia Flower show in 2020 and I’m so glad that I did! These tall gorgeous blooms of the most beautiful Salmon color just kept coming and lasted well into November! I kept cutting bouquets that lasted over a week and let the seed heads dry. By far this was my favorite along with the Phacelia I planted from Fruition. Hope the seeds I collected do well this year.

These were my first attempt to start my own seeds and transplant them (successfully) into the ground. They are beginner friendly and absolutely beautiful! My children & I cut them and arrange mini bouquets- they last between 1-2 weeks. I only did 6 plants this year but now that I know that they are easy to start, transplant & maintain we will definitely doing more next year!
