Organic Summer Berries Yarrow
Transplant Only: Sow ~6 weeks before last frost, barely covering with soil (light is needed for germination) and bottom-water to avoid displaced seed. Transfer to larger pot with first true leaves. Harden off seedlings (reduce water & temp 3-7 days) & transplant after frost 1’ apart. Weed & water well; mulch to reduce weed & watering pressure.

I started these from seed last year and planted in 5 places. The ones in full sun flowered the first year magnificently and the the following year all of them (including the partial shade ones) flowered beyond words.
I just wanted to make bouquets of yarrow just like the picture and I have succeeded. The pollinators love it and so do I. Makes beautiful arrangement by itself or with zinnias or lavender tucked in. Wish I could post photos because they shades are amazing!
