Organic Buckwheat for Microgreens
Description
So massive and so juicy, buckwheat microgreens are so satisfying! Their mild flavor and succulence complement everything around them. We harvest buckwheat between 18 and 25 days after sowing, so much longer than most, but they are so worth it! Here are enough seeds to sow three 10″ x 20″ trays, enjoy!
Rather than garden soil, microgreens are best grown in potting mix, since it is ideal for sprouting seeds. Better light will grow more tender, flavorful & easy to harvest microgreens. The longest, straightest and fastest-growing microgreens are grown under lights; at Fruition, we grow three trays at a time under one of our 17″ LED Lights and Light Stand.
