General Refunds and Replacements:
All sales are final. If we have sent you the wrong product or it has been damaged in shipping, please let us know within 14 days of shipment arrival (and the sooner the better!). We will issue a replacement if the item is in stock, and a refund if the item is out of stock.
Fruit & Nut Tree Refunds:
All sales are final. If you’ve followed these instructions and a tree you purchased this season has not leafed out by July 1st, please contact us by July 15th, with photos of your tree, and we will issue you a refund.
