Easy to grow, nasturtiums thrive in gardens as well as raised beds and containers, including hanging pots so their ten-foot vines sway in the breeze. Ours is a classic mix of red, rose, orange and yellow blossoms like peppery gems to toss on salads, soups and sandwiches.

Organic Nasturtium

When to sow: At Fruition, we sow 2 seeds every 12-inches, directly in the soil after final frost, thinning to 1 once true leaves emerge. To transplant, start in soil blocks 4 weeks before final frost to transplant after final frost, taking care to not keep them too moist. For hanging baskets or containers: sow 5 seeds thinned to 3.

Days to Germination: 7-14 days at 60-75°F
Plant spacing after thinning: 18-24 inches
Days to Flower: 45     Height: 1 foot; 6 foot vines
