Organic Bishop of Llandaff Dahlia

$15.00

3″ collarette-style blooms | 30-36″ Semi-Dwarf plant | Dahlia pinnata

HEIRLOOM We love the contrast of Bishop’s deep burgundy-black foliage with her brilliant crimson blooms. These tubers have been shared since the late 1800s, named for a beloved bishop in Scotland. One of our earliest dahlias to bloom, Bishop’s compact 30-36″ growth makes her ideal for defining edges & dramatizing borders; she also thrives in containers.

If you love butterflies as much as dahlias, you will love Bishop: For all the hype & hyperbole of many-petaled dahlias, we have such fondness for the single whorl of vivid crimson and wide open nectary of the collarette-style blossoms. All our organic dahlia tubers are available March 1st with shipping beginning mid-March, as soon as the weather allows.
