Organic Lavender HEIRLOOM Enjoy this hardy English perennial for years & generations to come. Flowers fresh & dry both smell & taste heavenly. (The butterflies think so, too.)

Though challenging to start (often taking 20+ days to germinate), lavender will carry on for years with relatively little effort. Our strain is hardy to Zone 5, though we have friends in Zone 3 who consistently overwinter it. Offer full sun for the hardiest, most vigorous plants.

100-110 days to maturity

Lavandula angustifolia

Found Lavender can be hard to grow November 6, 2018

Living up on Italy Hill, we found it can be difficult growing some types of flowering plants, I'm finding our soil is not ideal for all plants.  Even with replacing with gardening soil, my lavender did not grow.
