61 days to harvest 5 feet tall Pisum sativum

Sweet and juicy, crisp and prolific, easy to grow and a joy to eat! Sugar snaps are the timeless classic, the perennial favorite and we agree, homegrown goodness just doesn’t get any better than this. Sugar Snap Pea is a full-size, 5-foot variety and here’s how to enjoy snap peas for 6 weeks straight: sow both compact and full-size peas on the same date, in early spring, once the snow melts. The compact varieties flower and fruit many weeks before the full-size varieties do, their production waning just as the full-size peas come on. It’s a simple strategy, brilliant and delicious!
