HEIRLOOM Perhaps the most aptly named lettuce we know, Organic Winter Density Lettuce is also remarkably bolt-tolerant, surrounding us with abundance spring through fall. We adore her sweet, buttery leaves with crunchy midribs and her marvelously compact head, making her ideal for small gardens as well as container gardens.
