56 days to harvest Brassica oleracea

Tender, crunchy & sweet, there is nothing quite like Lanro Kohlrabi! Chopped or shaved in salad, dipped in baba ganoush or tossed on the grill, we sow kohlrabi in early spring through late summer to surround ourselves with her glorious crunch all season.

We love Lanro because she resists becoming woody as she grows large; we most often harvest her between the size of a tennis ball to the size of a softball.
