Organic Black Coco Bush Snap & Dry Bean
60 days to snap; 70 days to shelling; 95 days to dry bean harvest
Phaseolus vulgaris
Description
HEIRLOOM We hope we’re never on a desert island with a handful of seeds, but if we are, we’re bringing Black Coco. Most beans have been selected to excel in one of three stages: snap, shell or dry. And we all know how to finish the phrase, ‘a jack of all trades…’ but truly, Organic Black Coco Bush Snap & Dry Bean marvelously masters all three. First, you’ll harvest a lusciously satisfying green Italian flat bean. Ten days later you’ve got fat, easy to peel shelling beans and finally your green pods turn gold, bursting with huge marbles of delicious black beans ready to feed you all winter.
