Organic Love Lies Bleeding Amaranth

Transplant : Sow indoors 4 weeks before last frost; harden off & transplant after last frost with below spacing.
Direct Sow: After last frost, shallowly sow 5 seeds per foot & thin to 1 every 12-15’ once true leaves emerge. Fresh: harvest when ¾ of tiny flowers are open. Dry: harvest when seed has begun to set & flowers feel firm, right-side up in a bucket to dry.
