73 days to harvest
Zea mays
Description
Pearlescent ivory white and butter yellow kernels, lusciously sweet and easily maturing in short seasons!
We are grateful for our friends of the Organic Seed Alliance and University of Wisconsin, Madison for collaborating in such a sweet way to share this new variety; we are also thankful for the countless generations of humans and corn co-adapting across millennia, for the indigenous brilliance that is the foundation of everything we know, love and savor, Organic Honey Badger Sweet Corn included.
All Fruition’s sweet corn varieties grow similarly sized 8″ ears, larger or smaller depending on fertility.
