Organic Peanuts

If we can grow peanuts, you can, too! And few things are more satisfying than harvesting and roasting your own peanuts, Friends. Peanuts are fun to grow and remarkably easy to cultivate. At Fruition, we sow that at the same time as bush beans, after final frost, with similar spacing, six inches between plants. Unlike beans, which are harvested in summer, peanuts are harvested after first frost. Also, because peanuts fix their own nitrogen, they thrive in the limited nutrients of container gardens more than most!
