Organic Fern Cliff Dahlia
dinner plate blossoms
40-48" full-size plant
Dahlia pinnata
Description
It’s true: Fern Cliff is our favorite dahlia. The dinner plate blossom that we actually eat for dinner! Indeed, each of her countless petals are absolutely delicious, like floral baby lettuce. We rarely make a salad without her from late July to frost. Her tubers are delectable as well, like juicy potatoes. And if you’re looking for a fabulous cut dahlia, Fern Cliff’s long, strong stems will not disappoint.
To extend dahlia vase life, place freshly cut stems in 160-180 F water & allow to cool. Who knew? You do!
*Dahlias will be available Spring 2023!
