(Royal Burgundy's rich burgundy color fades, sadly, to green when cooked longer than thirty seconds.)

the stringbeans were good . They didn't produce a lot but that was our fault, planted corn in between beans!

Again, quick growing and prolific. Very attractive, but tough. Was dissapointed that they turned green when cooked - will try again next year ( leftover seeds)
