Organic Royal Burgundy Bush Snap Bean Gorgeous and delicious, each long slender pod has sweet, nutty flavor both fresh and cooked. Royal Burgundy germinates better than most in cool soils and is prolific in its production, though harvest its is less concentrated than Provider. (Royal Burgundy's rich burgundy color fades, sadly, to green when cooked longer than thirty seconds.)
