Developed and released in Oregon in 2012, Terra Rosa has quickly gained a following of folks who appreciate the versatility of this potato paired with it’s incredible nutrition: pink + red anthocyanin pigments = packed with antioxidants! And delicious? Of course? Anything you do with Yukon Gold you will love with Terra Rosa: baked, boiled, mashed or fried, these prolific tubers, up to ten ounces, will nourish you from mid-summer through the winter.

There is a direct relationship between the quantity and quality of nutrients your potatoes receive and the quantity and quality of potatoes you harvest. Incorporating compost as well as well-balanced, organic slow-release fertilizer prior to planting is ideal & once potatoes are one foot tall, we foliar feed them with fish and kelp emulsion or compost tea every two weeks.
