Friends, rather than selling and shipping seeds, we now share seeds as an embodied gift practice. We are shipping all orders prior to August 28th as quick as we can, though your seeds may not arrive ’til October. Thanks for your patience and grace! If we were only going to grow one potato, this is it. Delicious, abundant, versatile and absolutely beautiful, we love the smooth red skin of organic French Fingerling potato paired with yellow flesh with rose starbursts. With high resistance to scab, we savor French Fingerlings all winter and into the spring.
There is a direct relationship between the quantity and quality of nutrients your potatoes receive and the quantity and quality of potatoes you harvest. Incorporating compost as well as well-balanced, organic slow-release fertilizer prior to planting is ideal & once potatoes are one foot tall, we foliar feed them with fish and kelp emulsion or compost tea every two weeks.

I think I kept these a bit too moist and they had mites on the leaves and had a very hot summer. The harvest was smaller than I had hoped, but they were hands down the best potatoes I’ve ever tasted.
