Organic Summer Squash & Zucchini
It’s not summer without zucchini on the grill! From heirloom patty pan to abundant yellow squash to classic to the delectable, heirloom cousa-style zucchini, Fruition shares organic seeds of the diversity of summer squash we savor all summer. Summer squash and zucchini is best sown directly in the soil after final frost, often in late May at Fruition Seeds. We sow a second succession in late June and often even in mid-July to surround ourselves with abundance through frost. For second and third successions, be sure to sow Success PM so powdery mildew doesn’t decimate your harvest.
