Organic Disease-Resistant Peas
Here in our humid Northeast climate, disease-resistant peas ensure an abundant harvest, particularly when you’re sowing compact peas in August for a fall harvest. At Fruition, we often sow both full-size and dwarf varieties on the same day once the snows melt so we can enjoy twice the harvest window. Also, because they fix their own nitrogen, peas thrive in the limited nutrients of container gardens more than most.
