I’d like to take this moment to thank all of our ancestors who have domesticated and this phenomenal crop across the decades, millennia across the oceans so that we can now enjoy garlic and shallots whenever we like as often as we like and grow them in abundance in our gardens. I also like to thank all of my friends and mentors across the years that have indulged me greatly as I’ve asked them, thousands of questions, and I’m so grateful because I will continue to ask questions of myself and of them and others all.
