Seeds & Songs for Resilience: An Invitation

Friends!

We are honored to invite you to join us August 6th through 9th at the Folk Art Guild for a playful, reflective, restorative and delicious immersion. Learn more below and register here.

As the world unravels, seeds and songs keep us grounded. Let’s explore how embodied creative practices can open pathways for personal and collective resilience. If you love gardens and singing as acts of joy as well as resilience, welcome to a playful, thoughtful, and empowering space for curious growers and singers of all levels of experience to deepen presence and fluency in the language of plants as well as song.

Here is a taste of Tracy and I playing with existing and emergent song, along with an invitation:

Together we’ll craft an evolving, communal sanctuary of discovery. We’ll play with song, explore gardens, forest bathe, honor our lineages, write, share silence, reflect and rest. Each session alternates between the seeds leading us (with Petra, co-founder of Fruition Seeds) and song as our muse (with Tracy, founder of Vocal Bloom). We’ll share solo, partner and group explorations supported by gentle facilitations designed to spark curiosity, creativity and connection.

Another taste of the vocal joy and journey we’ll share:

With seeds and songs as our ancestors and mentors, we’ll explore practices growing our personal as well as collective capacity to respond creatively, cultivating joy and resilience in these times.

Thank You

For joining us in body and / or spirit as you feel moved and able…

…and trust there will be a next time, even if this isn’t the time.
