If you’re transplanting, start your spinach in nutrient dense mix. We share ours here! Whether you transplant or direct sow, incorporating compost and other organic soil-building fertilizers prior to planting will make a tremendous difference. If you’re eager to boost the health and nutrient-density of your spinach, foliar feed or root drench every two weeks with dilute fish emulsion or compost tea.
