Fruition’s Gift Culture Camp + Bulk Seed Gifting

Friends!

We’re thrilled to invite you to

Fruition’s first annual

Growing Seed, Community & Capacity:

Gift Culture Camp & Bulk Seed Gifting

Friday, April 17th to Sunday, April 19th

as the larger community-building container for:

Bulk Seed Gifting Gathering at Fruition

Saturday, April 18th from 1 to 4 pm

Calling all who are connected to community gardens, seed libraries, schools and other non-commercial networks of seed sharing large and small, in the spirit of the gift:

We’d love to gift you quantities of Fruition’s regionally adapted vegetable, flower & herb seeds, not in Fruition’s packets but in bulk, so bring a diversity of containers for you and friends old and new…

….as we cultivate gift culture and share skills, learning, soup and spring together!

and send curiosities to petra@fruitionseeds.com💛

you’re welcome to bring a tent and camp on the farm (for this & many times in the future, too!)

We are all practicing together:

Matthew and I (Petra, here!) welcome this gift of being together at Gift Culture Camp as students of the gift. Rather than centering our work and learnings as a model, we are honored to sit in circle with peers, fellow heartbroken humans hungry to practice, learn, compost and grow together. All of us need all of us! People practicing diverse forms of mutual aid from all over the Northeast will be gathering…

…and what a gift to learn alongside you, Friends 💛

FAQs:

I’m not connected with a huge network to gift seeds, should I not come? Thanks for asking and please do come! Acorns are not too small to grow oaks and if you feel called to be here, we honor you honoring this call.

What specific seeds will Fruition be gifting? Though listing the specifics of all 100+ varieties we’ll be gifting is beyond our capacity, ohhhhhh there is a splendid diversity. We encourage welcoming this opportunity as ‘the marvelous mysteries of christmas morning’ more than ‘where’s my grocery list?’

May I spend the night? Absolutely! RSVP so we can welcome us all well.

I can’t come but I’d love to receive seeds for my community… We love you and completely understand! Perhaps there is another person in your community who is able to come? We don’t anticipate having capacity to set seeds aside for folks that aren’t here in person and hopefully this will shift in the future.

How can I say thank you? Thank YOU! We love you and hop over here 💛

See you soon!

~ and stay tuned for seasons to come ~
