90-95 days to harvest Solanum tuberosum

The iconic potato, Russets are mild and dry, the go-to variety for ‘french fries’ and fabulous for baking. The thick skin of organic Russet Norkotah potato becomes crisp while the inside becomes fluffy, just waiting to soak up your garlic butter. With resistance to scab, you’ll enjoy that much more russet abundance!

There is a direct relationship between the quantity and quality of nutrients your potatoes receive and the quantity and quality of potatoes you harvest. Incorporating compost as well as well-balanced, organic slow-release fertilizer prior to planting is ideal & once potatoes are one foot tall, we foliar feed them with fish and kelp emulsion or compost tea every two weeks.
