Organic Sage Aromatic silver-green leaves abound all season and well into the early winter, perfect for cooking as well as dried bouquets and wreaths. Sage is easy to grow in both gardens and containers, its 2 foot perennial bushes thriving in sun as well as partial shade. We use sage fresh and dried in roast vegetables, dressings, gravy and sausage. Its edible lavender flowers impart a subtle sage flavor to eggs, salads and pizza. Like any herb, the more you harvest the more it will grow so don't be shy!
