Organic Platonic Romaine Lettuce

When Amanda, our Seedhouse Operations Manager, grew Platonic romaine on her farm, she insisted we come to see her row of spectacular lettuce. And Friends, it was spectacular :)

Large leaves wrap around sweet, crisp hearts, the scalloped edges amplifying your crunch in every salad and sandwich. Bolt-tolerant in summer and surprisingly hardy into the fall, Platonic romaine has become our favorite for lettuce wraps in any season.
