Organic New York Early Onion Tender and mild, we love New York Early for its dependable earliness paired with long storability. Storing rock-hard consistently through the winter, we rarely have months we don't eat these 2.5 to 3 inch wide onions! A superior strain of Early Yellow Globe, our strain has more uniform round bulbs than most and we also select for 1-3 centers so your onions are easier to cut in the kitchen.

98 days to dry maturity

Allium cepa

Easy to grow but does need to be started early. I crowded my seedlings too much so the plants were small when I set them out. But they grew well this year and we had a cold spring. I'm thinking of growing sets for next year

All planted and growing. Germination was about 80%. Harvested this onion with good results. Only about half grew to maturity, but they are nice round, medium size onions.
