Organic Giant Swiss Snow Pea

HEIRLOOM Giant Swiss is, by far, our favorite snow pea. Each lime green pod is simply massive (often the length of our hands) and we love their extraordinary sweetness balanced with tender, crisp succulence. Giant Swiss is also vigorous: "there is no trellis in the world tall enough!" exclaimed Roger B. Swain in 2015, so be prepared to trellis their 5+ foot vines well.

Their elegant purple flowers turn into cascades of huge, delicious pods that produce for several weeks. We sow in spring for summer peas and again in late July for fall peas that are even sweeter.
